ANSWERS PROGRAM
Daily Schedule


Day 1
6:00- 9:00 PM  Check-In
Cocktail Hour (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic): Enjoy a lite menu while you relax, get to know your surroundings, and meet staff and participants.


Days 2 - 4
5:00 am
     Wake-Up to the soothing sounds of live violins, hot tea or coffee and a continental breakfast.
6:00 am     Personal Hygiene Time.
7:30 am     Morning Meditation and Yoga. Share daily affirmations, prayers, personal reflection.
9:00 am     Meet with your personal assistant to go over the daily activities of your first three days

10:00 am   Evaluations:
               
  • Medical-Physical
                 Psycho-Social
                 Psychological
                 Psychiatric
                 Dietary
                 Legal
                 Socialization - Family
                 Other - as needed.
12:30 pm  Lunch - catered.  Relax at your table with three other clients and a therapist (you get to ask questions during lunch - the therapist does not).
2:00 pm    Relaxation, Meditation, Yoga, or Massage
3:00 pm    Evaluations Continued
5:30 pm    Personal Time
6:00 pm    Evening Meal (same table as lunch - same friends)
8:00 pm    Community Meeting (questions and answers about community concerns)
9:00 pm   Evening Entertainment (varies from live music to comedy appearances).  Individual massages and YOGA available.
11:30 pm  Quiet Time.  Individual sessions may be scheduled.


*Group Process
Some Evaluations/Presentations/Lectures/Meetings are conducted on the golf course, beach, deck of the ship, or while boating, fishing, hunting, or walking in the woods.  For example, during our golf outings, a therapist is assigned to each foursome and services are provided while you participate in 9 holes (no, the therapist does not act as your caddy).

11:00 am      Group Lecture/Presentation (appetizers)
12:30 pm      Lunch (as above)
2:00 pm        Individual Therapy/Education
6:30 pm        Evening Meal

Days 13 - 24
5 - 9:00 am   (as above)
9:00 am         Results of Evaluations and suggested Referrals for continuation of services are discussed.
10:00 am       Group Lecture and Presentation
12:30 pm       Lunch (as above)
2:00 pm         Group Lecture and Presentation
6:30 pm         Evening Meal
8:00 pm         Community Meeting
9:00 pm         Evening Entertainment, Yoga, Meditation, Game Room
11:30 pm       Personal Time

Day 15
7:00 am         Breakfast
9 - 11:00 am  Check-out

During days 13-14, family members may participate in family sessions and receive explanations of the final reports and recommendations.  Referral appointments are scheduled through your personal assistant.

Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day.  Schedules are modified to meet the needs and desires of each client and will be determined by the client, the personal assistant, and the director.  Phone calls and messages may be received throughout the day (the staff will receive the message and pass it on to you via your personal assistant).  Internet access and phones are available for your use 24 hours per day, unless you request otherwise.
