For Practitioners Only
If you are a mental
health professional and have concerns about your
patient's AXIS I and AXIS II
diagnosis, ANSWERS addresses those concerns
while incorporating AXIS III and AXIS IV issues into treatment
recommendations. ANSWERS uses a fifteen (15) day model of
rest, relaxation, comfort, and sampling in determining an AXIX I
and AXIS II diagnosis while developing a diagnostic model of
treatment for those suffering from mental health
and/or addictions concerns. |

The Fine Print
While we will assist you in accessing insurance reimbursement, we
do not accept insurance assignments. We will provide you with
a COMPLETE diagnostic report that includes full recommendations
along with a listing of all therapeutic services received,
their individual costs, and their ICD-9 codes so that you may file
for reimbursement. We also can provide you with legal advice
and assistance in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance
carrier. |
